Today I woke to a torrential downpour – I planned on wearing a variation of this outfit, but no way was that going to happen in a monsoon. I woke up later since I showered and picked my outfit the night before and ended up scrambling to pull something together last-minute. By time I left the house, it was a pretty standard rain and once I came above ground out of the Metro the sun was out and the clouds were dissipating. Guess I could have gotten away with that original ensemble!
