A fan of both Marimekko and Georgia O'Keeffe, when I saw this ELOQUII red floral jumpsuit I HAD to have it! A little bit Unikko print (which was my bedding for the longest time), a little bit Oriental Poppies, it's bold and cheerful and totally my style.
The fabric is a slightly stretchy crepe with the perfect weight to drape and flow over curves. A wide self-belt long enough to tie in a bow or a knot and not have it segment. And hello pockets! The back is two buttons with elastic loop closures, and then a zipper. I find I only need to open the top button to get it on and off, which makes it super easy when using the facilities.
When I got this jumpsuit, I tried it on with strappy black heels and loved the look. But for a more relaxed feel, I decided to style the jumpsuit for the blog with my latest pair of Rothy's flats. I loved my Red Camo pair so much I decided to buy a pair of plain black for spring.
Bold silver jewelry and my trusty ALLSAINTS bag as a crossbody, and I am ready for sight-seeing, brunch with friends, or most anything this spring!

This post is sponsored by LOFT and ShopStyle. One of the greatest gifts from blogging is connecting with women across the globe. Over my 13 (!!!) years of blogging, I have met amazing women who have inspired me, shifted my way of thinking, and become my friends. They remind me on a regular basis to…
Okay, so today finally coworkers are noticing my hair change. Yesterday only one did and one said my hair cut was different but actually quarreled with me when I said the color was too (uh, wha?). Today one has noticed and mentioned the color change but most are mentioning the different bangs (they actually were…

In 2012, I was working at an office in Washington, D.C. I commuted via the Metro and every day walking to the Farragut North station, I’d pass an Ann Taylor store. That spring, I saw a chiffon maxi skirt in the window that drew me in. I had absolutely no need for such a skirt;…
Going through my Statcounter links and found that this blog was mentioned on the MSNBC television blog Test Pattern! From the blog post:I’ve just discovered wardrobe weblogs, where ordinary folks share their fashion choices each day. There are plenty out there, but I especially like Dress Kevin (vote on what Kevin should wear each day)…

I love this jumpsuit, but have a question. I’m trying to decide how to ask it without sounding rude…I always wonder about how things go down when nature calls when you are out and about in a one-piece article of clothing…I just never want to be that close to naked in a public restroom….
I unbutton the top button and hold it around below my waist. Yep, I’m down to my bra in a bathroom, but that doesn’t bother me especially since this one is so easy to pull up and cover, even if the button isn’t yet secure. But that is one negative about jumpsuits.
I find pants that are shorter on me aren’t very flattering. Walking on my toes as a kid, I really built up my ankles and shins. While a shorter length will feature the slimmest part of most women’s legs, the opposite is for me. I found their denim cropped jumpsuit had the same length on me and I really liked it and wore it so much this past fall (and likely will this spring and summer) so decided to leave this one the same length! 🙂

It’ll be fun to wear once the snow melts!
I see that on the web site that the pants are shorter on the model. Did you consider having them taken up?

That red looks so good on you!
Thanks Michelle!
That is the cutest jumpsuit. It is so you. I’m a big fan of Marimekko and O’Keefe, too, and I can see the connection to the jumpsuit.
Thank you!
